Exciting times at Windaroo Lakes as we hosted the PGA’s Women’s Golf Network event.
35 women had the chance to learn from the best, our country’s leading PGA female Professionals. Lee Harrington, Hannah Mason, Virginia Irwin, Stacey Edwards and our very own Janine Barney led the way, guiding the participants through fundamental skills, chipping, and putting clinics. Then it was out onto the course for some extra hands-on coaching.
They enjoyed a delicious lunch whilst hearing from our two panelists, Janine, who spoke about how Golf Fore Women came to fruition and also Karen Lunn, former British Open winner and CEO of the WPGA Tour of Australasia.
The feedback from the day has been absolutely overwhelming, and we're super proud to have been part of such a great event.
