This month, we recorded 184.5mm of rain, bringing our annual total to 1,448.5mm. It feels like we’ve skipped spring and jumped straight into summer!

Thanks to the hard work of the A-Team and favorable weather, the greens have recovered swiftly from recent renovations. They’re back to their original height of 3mm, and we’re now focusing on improving green speeds with growth regulators and extra rolling.

Here’s a summary of what’s been accomplished during the greens and tees renovations:

Greens
  • Verti-mowed greens and aprons (4 rounds using two machines set at -5).
  • Cleared debris by blowing greens, aprons, and bunkers into the rough.
  • Mowed greens to 3mm and aprons to 7mm.
  • Applied 64 tons of gypsand for topdressing.
  • Rem oved cores from greens' edges and broomed heavily.Cores and core collectors.
